Transforming the lower level into a dedicated home office and crisp half bath striking the perfect balance between practical utility and elevated comfort, seamlessly expanding the home's functional footprint without the burden of a full-scale renovation. Tailored build-outs—like sound-insulated drywall, warm luxury vinyl plank flooring, and clean recessed lighting—create an inviting, distraction-free environment for daily work, while a smartly appointed powder room adds indispensable convenience for both home working hours and hosting. Beyond the basement, a series of thoughtful interior updates elevates the main living spaces: new ceiling fans introduce quiet climate control and refined visual interest, a custom-anchored mirror brings light and dimension to an upstairs bath, and a discreet floor outlet in the living room gracefully solves power needs for central seating arrangements. Together, these cohesive improvements blend structural enhancements with subtle design details to elevate everyday living across every floor of the home.
“We are thrilled with the work we recently had completed by Custom Touches. They did everything we wanted and the finished space is great. They quoted us a completion date and were ahead of what we expected. We checked out several companies before choosing this one and we are very pleased we decided on them. Not only was the work completed timely and beautifully, but all the workers were friendly and easy to work with, and the space was cleaned up with no trash left behind. I will definitely use this group again for any future projects that might come up and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to do some building or remodeling.”
